APEROL SPRITZ RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
3 parts The Publican Prosecco
2 parts Aperol Apertivo
1 part soda water
Slice of orange
METHOD
Step 1
Pour the Aperol into the glass first, over ice (we like to serve ours in a large bowl-style wine glass but we've seen it served in many different glasses so grab what you have to hand).
Step 2
Add the prosecco.
Step 3
Add the soda water.
Step 4
Top with a slice of orange, a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
